HISTORY

Mike and Karan Olson of Orange, Texas founded Olson Engineering, Inc. in 1998. The company started small as a Process Control Systems and Capital Project Management Company, providing Instrument and Control Systems Engineering to local industries. By 2000, OE was operating with team of employees who provided a range of services to continually expanding portfolio of clients.

As the team grew significantly in both services offered and in manpower, OE recognized the opportunity to expand and relocate and began operating out of our current main office in 2020. The 22,500sqft main office is located in Bridge City, Texas a few miles from IH-10 and HWY 73. The office offers four conference rooms, two kitchens, and has the capacity to house 110 employees.

While the main office was under construction in 2019, the company also expanded to Mont Belvieu, Texas near IH-10 and HWY 146. The 6,000sqft office employs a growing number of team members serving our Baytown/Houston area customers.

Olson Engineering, Inc. is now a full-service, multi-discipline engineering company with Professional Engineers in every discipline providing the petrochemical market with both in-office and in-plant services focused on safety, responsiveness, integrity, teamwork, and quality: the very cornerstones established when the company was first founded in 1998.
