Project Experience
Compressor Control Upgrades – replaced old local control panels with new panels, new controllers, integrated into existing DCS on stand-alone systems with surge map and anti-surge controls.

Heat Exchanger Modifications – provide simulation of heat exchangers to replace existing or install new to improve heat balance in production streams.

Fuel Gas Coalescers – new vessels to remove condensate to prevent carry-over to burners or compressors.  Also designed and installed hydrogen coalescers to improve hydrogen quality.

Control Room Upgrades/Consolidation – provided control layouts for new control rooms and revamped existing control rooms by consolidating old control rooms into a single newer control room.

Facility Siting Execution (Blast Resistant Buildings) – modeling and design to improve existing building structures to withstand blast criteria from facility siting reports.

Custody Transfer Projects – install and commission new and existing streams with prover circuits, to meet API custody transfer specifications, from fuel gas to asphalt.

Gas Detection Projects – provided complete unit studies to access and execute new gas detection systems by evaluating process, potential leak points and prominent wind direction, to develop a system capable of evacuation alarms per OSHA standards with remote alarming.  Also experienced in replacing obsolete systems with new systems and evaluating these existing systems to re-utilize conduit, wiring, and enclosures to reduce project costs without jeopardizing reliability.
