Complete Front End Loading Engineering capability from economic analysis through scope development and total installed cost estimate required to support AFE submittal. 

Project Experience

Boiler Gas Valve Optimization – Provided engineering and construction management for a new boiler gas system configuration to reduce gas consumption.

Bulk Rail Unloading System – Provided engineering and construction management for a new bulk rail unloading system for plant chemicals.

Sulfidic Caustic Storage and Feed System – Provided engineering and construction management for a new system to receive, store and feed low cost alternative sulfidic caustic supply to reduce plant chemical cost.

CO2 Injection for Process pH Control – Provided engineering and construction management for a new CO2 injection system for process pH control, system complete with new CO2 truck unloading and bulk storage system. 

Mill Wide DCS Upgrades – Provided engineering and construction management for numerous DCS upgrades in various plant operating areas.

Electrical and Steam Load Shed Systems – Provided engineering and construction management to improve plant uptime with online monitoring and process dependant response to mill electrical and steam system disturbances.

Analyzers – Provided engineering and construction management for numerous analyzer projects.

Area Electrical Classification Study – Performed study of existing plant which included, updating equipment layouts analyzing stored and processed liquids and vapors to applicable NFPA codes. This study produced area classification drawings for all units on the plant site.

Vessel Isolation Valves - Provided engineering to modify the existing piping and install 21 vessel isolation valves and additional instruments as required by the unit Hazop report.

Blast Building Structural Design – Provided structural design and engineering of an addition to an existing blast resistant building.  A structural analysis was performed and the addition was designed for 1 pound per square inch load.
